  • Currency Exchange:

    • Package rates are based on the current exchange rate of NZD = INR 51. Changes in exchange rates will be adjusted at the time of booking.

  • Hotel and Services:

    • No bookings have been made yet, and prices are tentative.

  • Booking and Payments:

    • Full payment is required 19 days before departure.
    • For bookings made within 20-24 days, 75% payment is required initially, with the remaining balance due within 5 days of confirmation.
    • Bookings made more than 25 days in advance require a 25% advance payment, with the balance due 7 days before confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 45 days prior: 30% of tour cost will be deducted.
  • 30-16 days prior: 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
  • 15-10 days prior: 80% of the booking amount will be deducted.
  • Less than 10 days prior: 100% of the booking amount will be deducted.
  • No-show: 100% of the tour cost will be deducted.

Refund Policy

  • Changes in rates due to currency fluctuations will not affect confirmed bookings.
  • Once confirmed, the booking is non-refundable for any discrepancies in rates due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required if booking within 19 days of departure.
  • If booking between 20-24 days prior, 75% of the tour cost is required initially.
  • For bookings 25 days in advance, a 25% deposit is required, with the balance due 7 days prior to confirmation.
