Terms & Conditions
- Identity Proof: As per government regulations, foreigners are required to produce their passport as photo identity proof, while Indian nationals can provide any government-approved photo ID (such as Driving License, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport) at the point of check-in at the hotel.
- Luggage Handling: Tourists are responsible for handling, shifting, and taking care of their own luggage.
- Hotel Availability: Rooms are subject to availability at the time of receiving a confirmed booking. In case of unavailability of the mentioned hotels, similar hotels of the same category will be provided, and this may alter the package cost.
- Advance Payment: A 100% advance is required before departure, with 50% payable at the time of booking and the remaining 50% due before the tour.
- Price Validity: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are valid for Indian nationals only.
- Package Changes: If any changes or adjustments to the itinerary occur, they will be made at the discretion of the tour operator.
Additional Information
- Meal Plans: The package includes meals on a CP (Continental Plan), MAP (Modified American Plan), or AP (American Plan) basis, as per the selected package type. Supplements for upgraded meals (MAP or AP) are available.
- Transport: All transportation is provided as per the itinerary, with the vehicle type based on the number of travelers.
- Best Time to Visit: The package can be enjoyed year-round, but the best time to visit Northeast India is from October to April.
Cancellation Policy
- 45 Days or More Prior to Departure: 40% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Between 44 to 31 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Between 30 to 11 Days Prior to Departure: 75% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 10 Days or Less Prior to Departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No-Show: If the traveler does not show up for the tour, 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
- Refund Processing: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the completion of the tour, and only the amount after deducting cancellation fees will be refunded.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the booking.
Payment Policy
Advance Payment: A 100% advance payment is required before departure.
- 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
- Remaining 50% is to be paid before the tour begins.
Payment Method: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other available payment methods as per the tour operator’s guidelines.
Confirmation of Booking: The booking will be confirmed only after the full payment is received, and a booking voucher will be issued.
Failure to Pay: If the full payment is not made on time, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking.
