      • Travelers are advised to have travel insurance for their trip.

    3. Health & Safety

      • Guests must inform in advance of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions.
      • The company is not liable for health-related issues during the tour.

    4. Miscellaneous

    • Extra charges apply for additional services beyond the itinerary.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before travel: Full refund (minus administrative charges).
  • 15-29 days before travel: 50% refund.
  • 7-14 days before travel: 25% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before travel: No refund.
  • No-show: No refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy.
  • Delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds will be issued if a service is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Policy

  • Advance Payment: 50% of the total package cost at booking confirmation.
  • Full Payment: Due at least 7 days before departure.
  • Late Bookings: 100% payment required for bookings made within 7 days of travel.
